The rustic style entrance hall welcomes you with a wood beamed ceiling and authentic masonry heated floor of fired bricks, harkening back to Arizona's pioneer days. Large kitchen includes knotty pine cabinets and walls, granite countertops, a large center island with informal seating plus a dining area, and stainless appliances. A charming porch swing is visible from one of the kitchen windows. The Maple hardwood flooring, tile and more custom touches fill the formal living room, sunken family room, spacious master suite, large utility room and three car heated garage. Knotty pine ceilings are found in the master suite, kitchen and hallway. Another quiet interior room includes historic touches with wood beams and a fireplace, and can be used for a variety of uses, including an office. Even a private courtyard with a spa is attached. State land is interspersed with private land and there are dirt trails throughout the area.
