Looking at the market stats for April, 2025, it looks like we have a lot of inventory, but we’re not selling much yet.

The general economic environment is a little chaotic and uncertain right now. That should settle out in the next few months.

The biggest impact to our Walker real estate market has been the weather. While we haven’t had a very wet winter, the rain and the snow just keep coming.

We sell the most when it’s hot in Phoenix, and it just hasn’t been that hot yet.

I anticipate that the market will pick up a lot in the next few months, as the weather heats up.
